Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 a Municipal Election for the Town of Rogersville, Alabama will be held for the purpose of electing Mayor, Council member Place #1, Place #2, Place #3, Place #4 and Place #5. All candidates must have been residents of the municipality for at least 90 days prior to the election.
All registered and qualified electors of the State, who reside within the town limits of Rogersville, AL and have resided therein for 30 days or more prior to this election date, will be authorized to participate in said election.
This is an At-Large Election; no districts, no precincts, no territories, no Party affiliation and no write-ins. Everyone will vote at one polling place: First Baptist Church of Rogersville, 222 College Street.
The polling place will be opened from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. If necessary, a run-off election will be held on September 23, 2025.
Statement of Candidacy and other neces- sary documents may be obtained from and returned to Misty Michael, Town Clerk from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Monday-Thursday and Friday 8:00-4:00 at Town Hall beginning Tuesday, June 10 and ending at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
