MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jamie Chaney and Jodie Lee Wear to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for National Bank of Arkansas in North Little Rock, dated December 31, 2003 said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lauderdale County, Alabama, in Book 2004, Page 121 . Said mortgage was subsequently sold, assigned and transferred to Nationstar Mortgage LLC .
