Mortgage Foreclosure Sale – Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jason Dale Shawley and Becky Leigh Shawley to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for FirstTrust Home Loans, Inc, dated July 15, 2022 said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lauderdale County, Alabama, in Book 2022, Page 39983 . Said mortgage was subsequently sold, assigned and transferred to Village Capital and Investment LLC.
