SHERIFF’S NOTICE OF SALE – STATE OF ALABAMA, COUNTY OF LAUDERDALE
Under and by virtue of an Execution issued out of the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County, Alabama, on a Judgement rendered therein, in which Redstone Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Shaylon Pace is the Defendant, I, Joe Hamilton, as Sheriff of Lauderdale County, Alabama, will sell to the highest, best, and last bidder for cash at public outcry whatever equity the Defendant may possess in and to the real estate described below:

Property is subject to any and all restrictive covenants, easements, setback lines and/or zoning ordinances that may be applicable to the Property. The property bears a home address of 501 N. Fulton Street, Florence, AL 35630.

Said sale to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday the 25th day of November, 2024, at the main entrance of the Lauderdale County Courthouse, State of Alabama. Said sale to be subject to all lawful liens and encumbrances, if any, against said property.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Lots 31 and 32, Block 73, Weeden Heights a subdivision according to a map or plat thereof which is on file of record in the office of the Judge of Probate of Lauderdale County, Alabama, in Plat Book 1 Page 84 reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description. Together with the appurtenances thereunto belonging. Subject property of the homestead of the Grantor, or the spouse of the Grantor. No examination of title and no representation concerning title of the property is made by preparer of this instrument. Description furnished by grantor herein. This conveyance is subject to any and all restrictive covenants, easements, setback lines and/or zoning ordinances, which may be applicable to the above-described property. To have and to hold so hold to said Grantee her heirs and assigns forever. And I do for myself and my heirs, executors and administrators covenant with the said grantee, her heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of said premises; that they are free from all encumbrances, unless otherwise noted above; that I have a good right to sell and convey the same as foresaid; that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same to the said grantee, her heirs and assigns the lawful claims of all persons.
