Joe Wheeler State Park, Rogersville, will be hosting STEAM Nature Camp, Monday through Friday, July 13-17, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. each day.
STEAM is an acronym for science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics.
According to park staff, “Each day we will be exploring our natural surroundings in a brand-new way. There are no walls in this classroom! Let’s get outside, experiment, and calculate!”
The recommended age for STEAM Nature Camp is preschool through 1st grade.
Specific details regarding each day’s planned activities will be announced.
Activities will take place outside, between the lodge and marina.
